Eatin’ Varmits In The Woods

Okay, this is something that I’ve never done or would ever do. A friend of mine recently, told me the craziest story. She says when she was young, she, her brothers and cousins would get hungry while playing in the woods and would catch things to eat. It might be a rabbit, a squirrel, a bird, a turtle or a mixture. They would kill it, clean it and then cook it.

My New Tattoo

Yesterday I got a new tattoo. It is a Japanese Dragon………………………I LOVE it.

Crazy co-workers!!!

Dealing with the delusions of my co-workers is really wearing on me. One thinks everybody……male or female, wants her. She’s always telling me stories about whenever she goes out, she’s given phone numbers from people she encounters. She claims one man friend bought her a car, a woman friend pays her cell phone bill, and she lives at home helping support her family but she doesn’t have to work because she has so much money!!!! Sometimes when she gets to work, she’s tanked but the higher ups don’t seem to mind. She’s always having health issues, real or imagined, and she swears that she hardly ever eats……..I’m guessing her meals are mostly liquid!!! Her sister also works there and seems to like the liquid diet as well. I don’t think she’s worked a whole week for years. Either one of her kids are sick or she is…….usually on payday Friday or the Monday after, probably because of “The Gray Goose” flu.

Loretta Lynn Concert

Sunday night we saw Loretta Lynn in concert…………FRONT ROW seats!!!!! She was wonderful and L got some great pics.

Her twins came out before her and sang a couple of songs.

My 51st Birthday

Thursday was my birthday. L stopped and picked up a steak and some desserts and then made me dinner. We took Friday-Monday off. Friday we went to the “vista”, an up and coming area here. Then we walked around a little, took some pics, then went to this candy store in serch of vanilla tootsie rolls……..no luck on those but picked up a few other items.

Yesterday we went downtown looking for black cargo shorts for me to wear to work. Our first stop was, Army & Navy surplus store…..no luck there but it was fun looking around. We decided to walk down Main St. and take pictures, stopped at Atlanta Bread Co. for some pastries to take home. Here are a few of the pics I took.
